About the programs covered

Trump Account — $1,000 federal seed: A one-time federal deposit for eligible children, created by the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (signed July 4, 2025). Available to U.S. citizen children born January 1, 2025 – December 31, 2028. Full eligibility rules →

Dell Foundation — $250 contribution: In December 2025, Michael and Susan Dell pledged $6.25 billion to seed Trump Accounts for 25 million American children. Children born before 2025 who are age 10 or under, living in ZIP codes with median household income under $150,000, may receive a $250 private contribution — reaching roughly 80% of U.S. ZIP codes.

Trump Account — family contributions: Any child under 18 with a Social Security Number can have a Trump Account opened on their behalf. Parents, grandparents, and others may contribute up to $5,000 per year. See contribution rules →
